Adaptive Yoga

NEW! Thursday Evening Class Begins November 14th

Adaptive Yoga is a Gentle, chair-based weekly class that strengthens and tones your body

while minimizing weight bearing on hands and knees. Classes include meditation, breathing techniques,

and yoga-based exercises that are sensitive to the capacity and stamina of the individuals in the class. 

This class is ideal for students with the following health conditions: Osteoporosis, osteo-arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic pain,

Parkinson’s Disease, multiple sclerosis, TBI, Joint replacements, pre-op or post-op conditions

Tuesdays, 11:30am to 12:45pm

Tuesday classes are co-taught by Abby Hatfield and Adrienne Eisenberg. Students who need extra assistance are encouraged to attend this class.

Thursdays, 6:00pm to 7:15pm, begins 11/14

Class Fees:

Eight Class Card - Sliding Scale, $96 to $120

Your first class is always free! After that, students are required to purchase an eight-class card. Class cards must be used within twelve weeks of purchase date.
