What is Yoga Therapy?
Yoga Therapy is the application of yoga techniques to help individuals progress toward optimal health and well-being. Through the yogic tools of postural and breathing exercises, meditation practice, and self-inquiry, students are empowered to understand the depth of the mind-body connection, and their innate capacity to live in balance.

Yoga Therapy works with a range of health concerns:

Private Yoga Therapy Sessions:
In a Private Yoga Therapy Session, Abby will help you to develop a practice that is safe and empowering. Each session is unique, depending upon the needs of the client.
A typical session consists of
Mindfulness and Meditation practice
Asana (stretching/strengthening exercises)
Pranayama (breathing techniques)
Applied yoga philosophy and psychology
All sessions are one-hour long
