Mindful Yoga for Chronic Pain

This 8-Week yoga program will give you tools to manage stress, increase resilience, and alleviate the symptoms of Chronic Pain. Begins September 19th!


Adaptive Yoga

Adaptive Yoga modifies traditional yoga postures for students with limited mobility. All postures are done either seated on chairs, or standing, with minimal weight bearing on the hands or knees.


Level 1-2 Yoga Class

Weekly class that combines alignment principles, pranayama, and philosophy. Students clarify basic postures through intelligent sequencing, strength conditioning, and gentle stretching. Begins September 27th!
