Level 1 Class - Yoga Basics

Fridays at 10:30am to 12noon - IN-PERSON at Rogue Valley Yoga, 1355 East Main Street, Ashland

Abby’s level 1 yoga class is an engaging and balancing class. Basic yoga postures are practiced as students explore their strength, flexibility, and breath through dynamic sequencing. Focus is also placed on yoga philosophy and self-inquiry as fundamental concepts for the practice of yoga. For more information about Abby’s classes, visit the Classes page.

This is an all-levels class — appropriate for ongoing, beginner and intermediate students
