Level 1-2 Yoga Class
Fridays at 9:00am to 10:15am, beginning on September 27th
at Rose Yoga of Ashland, 685 “A” Street, Ashland
Abby’s level 1-2 class is an engaging and balancing class. Basic yoga postures are practiced as students explore their strength, flexibility, and breath through dynamic sequencing. Focus is also placed on yoga philosophy and self-inquiry as fundamental concepts for the practice of yoga. For more information about Abby’s classes, visit the Classes page.
